SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. When will I receive my order?
The expected delivery time for all orders is currently 3-4 business days within the United States. Please reach out to info@tallowhouse.com.au if your order has taken longer than this and we will be happy to resolve it for you.
2. How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number to track your package through USPS or the carrier's website.
3. Why isn't my tracking number working?
Please note that it is completely normal for tracking information to take 24-48 hours to update from the day your order ships. While your tracking information is updating, it may show 'Label Created' or 'Pre-Shipment Info Sent'. Please be assured that this means your order has been packed and is on its way to you!
4. My order says delivered but I have not received it?
Please note that tracking information is sometimes updated before the order is physically delivered. We ask you allow at most 2-3 days after your order has been marked as delivered to physically receive it. In any case, please feel free to always reach out to us if you are concerned about the status of your order.
5. Can I change the address on my order?
Generally once an order has been placed and shipped, it cannot be changed. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we will do our best to update the shipping address before it ships.
6. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
7. What if my package arrives damaged?
If your jar arrives damaged or leaking, please email us immediately at info@tallowhouse.com.au with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.

8. How should I store my tallow cream?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat. No refrigeration needed. The product may soften in warm temperatures but will return to normal consistency when cooled.
9. What's the shelf life of the product?
Our tallow cream has a shelf life of 12-18 months when stored properly. The natural ingredients remain stable without synthetic preservatives.
10. Can I return or exchange my product?

11. Is this product vegan/cruelty-free?
Our product contains grass-fed beef tallow, so it is not vegan. However, the tallow is a byproduct of the meat industry from pasture-raised cattle. No animals are harmed specifically for our product.
12. Can I use this if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes, our all-natural formula is safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. However, we always recommend consulting your healthcare provider if you have specific concerns.
13. Will this help with my specific skin condition (eczema, psoriasis, rosacea)?
